Meet Paul — and the Team He Trained

Paul's Plumbing Pros opened in 2005 when founder Paul Dekker left a big regional plumbing chain because he was tired of quoting jobs at one price and charging another. He started with one van, a handshake policy, and a simple promise: tell people exactly what the job costs before you start.

Twenty years later, that promise still drives everything we do. We have grown to a full team of licensed technicians, but every one of them is trained the same way Paul trained himself — show up on time, do the work right, treat every home with respect, and never pad an invoice.

Our customers are our neighbors. We see them at the grocery store, at the kids' soccer games, at church. That is not something we take lightly. Every job is a chance to earn the next referral, and we have built the whole company around that idea.
