Paul Started With a Van and a Promise
Paul's Plumbing Pros opened in 2005 when founder Paul Dekker left a big regional plumbing chain because he was tired of quoting jobs at one price and charging another. He started with one van, a handshake policy, and a simple promise: tell people exactly what the job costs before you start.
Twenty years later, that promise still drives everything we do. We have grown to a full team of licensed technicians, but every one of them is trained the same way Paul trained himself — show up on time, do the work right, treat every home with respect, and never pad an invoice.

Emergency and after-hours calls carry a flat dispatch fee that we tell you upfront before we send anyone. The repair price itself does not change based on time of day — you get the same quote whether it is noon on a Tuesday or midnight on Christmas.
After we inspect the problem, we give you a fixed total — parts and labor — before any work begins. If the job turns out to be more complex than we initially thought, we discuss a revised quote with you and wait for your approval. We never spring a higher number on you at the end.
We handle the full range: water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, pipe repair and replacement, fixture installation, sewer line inspection, leak detection, water pressure issues, and more. If it involves water in a residential or commercial building, we can help.

Yes. Paul's Plumbing Pros holds a current state plumbing contractor license and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. You can request proof of insurance at any time before we begin work.
All labor performed by our technicians is warranted for one year from the service date. If the same issue recurs due to our workmanship, we return and fix it at no charge. Parts warranties follow the manufacturer's terms, which we will explain for any parts we install.
